Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors (KAMJE) was inaugurated on February 22, 1996 in Seoul with the support of 51 sponsors. The aim of KAMJE is to promote the quality of medical journals published in Korea via exchange of information about editing and publication and via discussion on the editorial policies. To effectively disseminate the medical information from Korea, KAMJE has established and maintained the KoreaMed, a searching system of manuscripts from medical journals. The members of the Association are composed of editors of each medical journal and invited members. KAMJE is financially supported by the annual membership dues and additionally by the Korean Academy of Medical Science. We assure you that all possible efforts will be made for the enhancement of Korean medical journals with the help from your valuable inputs to KAMJE.
